TREAM – BROTZEIT Tour 2025
For Tream’s 2025 Tour, the vision was clearly defined: moving away from a traditional concert setup toward a vibrant, modern theatrical production. Our mission was to create a stage that bridges the gap between Bavarian tradition, satirical storytelling, and high-end entertainment. The result was a highly complex stage and lighting design that blurred the lines between a live concert and a theater play.

Production Design
A Digital Reinterpretation of Classical Theater:
To present the show as a cohesive narrative, we designed a clean yet highly functional environment.
LED Scenery: The centerpiece featured a massive main LED wall flanked by two foreground LED screens.

Stage Architecture
Digital Proscenium:
These screens served not only as IMAG and content surfaces but acted as a digital interpretation of classical theater wings (curtains).
Backstage Integration:
In combination with a dedicated upstage storage area, this setup allowed scenery pieces to be moved in and out unseen by the audience, enabling real-time scene transitions.

Modern Orchestra Pit:
We reinvented the traditional orchestra pit by embedding the ensemble into two dedicated pits directly in front of the forward LED walls, creating physical depth and making the band an integral part of the architectural design.

Visual Highlights & Animatronics:
The production featured several high-impact show elements:
The „Tream Theater“ Sign: A custom glowing neon-style centerpiece.
Muppet-Inspired Balcony: A dedicated theater balcony featuring two controllable animatronic puppets as sidekicks guiding the audience through the story.
SFX Centerpiece: A 7-meter high inflatable cow equipped with integrated laser eyes and smoke-emitting nostrils.
Immersive Props: The visual world was rounded out by „flame flowers“ over the audience, laser installations, and physical set pieces including a rocket and a car wreck for a dramatic crash scene.

Content Design
2.5D Visual Storytelling
The video content was consistently designed in a 2.5D paper-cut aesthetic. To maintain the theatrical character, we avoided traditional hard cuts:
Seamless Transitions: Digital scene changes were choreographed to look like physical set pieces being folded, unfolded, or pushed into the background.

Lighting Design
Theatrical Lighting: The lighting design supported this illusion through precise, scenic illumination of props, maintaining the atmosphere of a play without losing the high-energy dynamics of a modern arena show.

TREAM – BIERGARNI Tour 2024
For the 2024 tour of exceptional Bavarian artist Tream, the creative challenge was clear: How do you translate deeply rooted heritage into a modern, high-energy concert spectacle? Our answer was a bespoke stage and lighting design that didn’t just reference the Bavarian lifestyle but made it physically and digitally tangible.

Production Design
Immersive Stage Construction: The „Slanted Field“
The centerpiece of the set was a massive custom ramp. This inclined plane created a classic downstage-upstage effect, amplifying the performance’s dynamics and providing the perfect multi-level platform for Tream and his crew.
On this ramp, we designed an immersive field landscape. Nestled among 3,000 artificial stalks of wheat were 600 custom-made, self-illuminating ears of grain. For this highlight, we utilized 3D-printed transparent wheat stalks equipped with individually controllable LEDs. The result was an organic „sea of light“ that integrated seamlessly into the scenery.

Stage Architecture
Modern Folklore meets High-Tech
The stage became a walk-in installation. A fully integrated, walkable beer bench set, an embedded drum riser, and a rustic wooden lottery booth (acting as the DJ booth) brought the authentic German „Volksfest“ (fairground) feeling directly into the arenas.

Content Design
Digital Set Extension & Seamless Visuals
A crucial element of the production was the seamless connection between physical construction and digital space:
LED Wall Integration: The background LED wall served as a consistent set extension. The video content digitally extended the real wheat field on stage, creating immense optical depth.
Atmospheric Transitions: Shifts into song-specific worlds were achieved through fluid transitions originating directly from the wheat field scenery, rather than hard cuts. This maintained spatial consistency throughout the entire show.
